The "Highlights Video"

The Highlights Video is exactly that -- a compilation of the highlights of your wedding day. Short video clips and vignettes of the key moments of the day are presented, accompanied by tasteful transitions and set to a beautiful background musical score. The video runs for about 10 minutes, perfect for those situations in which showing the full-length video will take too long. Feedback from our brides is that they love their "highlights video" and that it is viewed by their families and friends more often than their full length version!

The "Baby Picture" Montage

This is one of our most popular options. Photos depicting the bride and groom as they progress from childhood to adulthood and from first meeting to engagement, are incorporated into a video “slide show” and set to the musical background of your choice. Photographs are electronically cropped and bordered to best display content and then they are digitally recorded to maintain the highest viewing quality. 

Additionally, we can provide a "looping version" of the photo montage on DVD for display at the reception. A "looping version" will allow the program to start over again without having to press 'play' on the DVD player. Montages are also frequently shown at bridal showers and at the rehearsal dinner.

We can also provide TVs and carts for displaying your montage or we can provide bright, high resolution LCD video projectors, screens, etc. for displaying the montage to a large group of guests. (see below)

The "Love Story" (from $999)

A contemporary video assembly of the couple (both together and individually) including interviews, background stories (how they met etc.), and scenes in romantic locales. A hit at receptions, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners! Gorgeous! Customized for the couple... very special!

Large Screen Projection Package (from $500)

We deliver, set up and operate the equipment used for large screen video projection and sound amplification of the Photo Montage or Love Story at the rehearsal dinner or reception. Please call to inquire about details of this service.

The "Rehearsal Evening" ($899 - up to 4 hours)

Depending upon how you have choreographed your wedding plans, the rehearsal dinner can be a very special time. This is a time where friends of the couple and certain members of the two families will meet for the first time. Frankly, this can be awkward, but if planned properly, it can also be a most precious and memorable occasion as these special people meet each other and share the story of their relationship with the bridal couple. Many couples choose to show their love story or photo montage as the centerpiece of the evening's entertainment. This is something that both families and friends will enjoy viewing and the content of the video provides many topics for discussion.

Keepsake Video offers recording and editing of the rehearsal evening including guests, dinner, presentations, toasts, etc. Three copies of the edited video are included (usually these are distributed as one to the couple and one to each side of the families). Additional coverage time and copies are available as needed.

• Extra coverage time is available ($100 per half hour)
• A deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and time
